Firelighters Upskilling Program 2026 – Series 1

Petaling Jaya, 29 April 2026 - Over the past year, many of the moments that brought our teams together were driven by colleagues who stepped up beyond their day-to-day to make things happen.

We call them our Firelighters: individuals handpicked by colleagues to help nurture our culture. Their unique role makes them pillars of support that team members naturally turn to to get initiatives off the ground and see them through.

As that role continued to grow, our People Development team introduced a focused upskilling series for 2026, the Firelighters Upskilling Programme 2026, to better support their growth.

We started last week with a career coaching session that saw our Firelighters get hands-on learning. The participants mapped where they are today, where they want to go next, and what needs to change to get there, from skills to exposure to the choices they make at work.
