CARSOME Wins Gold at Infini-T Awards SEA 2026 for HR Transformation

Petaling Jaya, 26 March 2026 - CARSOME has been awarded Gold at the Infini-T Awards SEA 2026 for HCM Innovation & Implementation, organised by People Matters APAC.

The recognition follows the successful completion of a full multi-country HR system migration across CARSOME’s operations in just 50 days, supporting more than 3,000 employees across five countries.

Built to support CARSOME’s scale and pace of growth, the transformation focused on strengthening the company’s people operations through a unified and mobile first HR platform. The system enables employees, including frontline teams across inspection centres and logistics operations, to manage HR related tasks directly from their mobile devices.

Within the first three months following implementation, the platform processed more than 15,000 digital leave requests and 11,000 reimbursements, while supporting seamless payroll operations across markets.

The award recognizes the efforts of CARSOME’s People & Culture team in driving the transformation, with support from Darwinbox.
