Through this collaboration, CARSOME customers can now order BATERIKU’s battery replacement services directly through the CARSOME app and website, making it easier to access trusted support services when needed. CARSOME and BATERIKU are also collaborating to utilize BATERIKU’s nationwide 220 pitstop outlets as CARSOME customer access points, allowing customers to obtain AI-powered and data-driven car valuation assessment, book inspections, sell their cars, and buy their next ride from CARSOME. This added presence strengthens CARSOME’s nationwide footprint via BATERIKU’s nationwide presence and allows customers to engage with the brand within their own communities.
In addition, BATERIKU’s proprietary ASTRA batteries will be used in the refurbishment of vehicles at the CARSOME Certified Lab, reinforcing quality standards before the car reaches the customer.
