The story began almost five years ago when fate orchestrated their paths to start a new chapter of their professional journey together. As the retail manager of the center, Sureen vividly recalls the first day of operation in 2018 when the team was pulled from different branches to be placed in the new one. Today, CARSOME USJ stands tall, having conducted hundreds of car inspections, all thanks to the expertise of their skilled professionals and the charismatic teamwork that defines their approach.
At the core of this success is Sureen's unwavering commitment to fostering teamwork and positivity within the branch. His hands-on approach ensures that every team member gets the opportunity to learn and apply their skills in the right environment. As a result, when interacting with customers, the team confidently understands their needs and provides top-notch service without needing direct supervision. “I still remember the day one of our team members went to the store to buy a guidebook on how to speak English better, just because a customer spoke English to him on that day. This commitment inspired me to guide the team through every difficult circumstance they face,” Suren shared.
