CARSOME Kelana Jaya: No Obstacle is Truly Impossible

The center thrives on the expertise of its dedicated team and their unwavering commitment to service excellence, factors that have contributed significantly to the steady influx of vehicles for inspection.

Standing tall among the passionate team is Roshini Balakrishnan, one of CARSOME’s few female inspectors. A Pulau Pinang native, Roshini relocated to Kuala Lumpur in pursuit of new opportunities. It was through the enthusiastic recommendations of her friends that she discovered CARSOME. Driven by a strong will and an insatiable thirst for knowledge, Roshini undertook rigorous training at the esteemed CARSOME Academy. After nearly a year of perseverance, which included three months of hands-on practical experience, she acquired the professional skills and competence necessary for her role.

Navigating a traditionally male-dominated field, Roshini initially faced both excitement and nerves. However, she held firm to the belief that knowledge and expertise transcended gender boundaries. Over time, she seamlessly integrated into her role, forming robust relationships with her team members and proving herself to be an invaluable asset. When asked about the dynamics of being a female inspector, Roshini articulated her focus on prioritizing customer satisfaction. Regardless of the challenges, she maintained a positive outlook, offering sound explanations coupled with a welcoming smile. She believes that her approach would enable customers to understand and appreciate the breadth of services provided.

The CARSOME Kelana Jaya Inspection Center's daily operations depend on the synergy between team members. Roshini shared, "The team dedicates an average of 30 to 45 minutes per car during inspections, ensuring the highest level of quality for our customers through precision and thoroughness."

With a well-structured rotation system in place, the team skillfully ensures that all members' needs are catered to without hampering the seamless operation of the center.
