Steering a tenacious team of 10 is Ryan Gan, a manager with a hands-on approach grounded in his background as a technician. He is the driving force behind the Center's commitment to prioritizing both meticulous engineering and customer satisfaction.
Gan's philosophy revolves around leading by example, engaging in hands-on tasks alongside his team, and leveraging his background as a technician to guide younger team members. “My team and I operate as a tight unit, ensuring that our services are executed with precision and expertise," says Ryan.
“What sets us apart at CARSOME Service Center is our staff. Trust, respect, and collaboration are the pillars that support our daily interactions,” he added.
This ethos is reflected in their customer service approach, where they prioritize resolving issues positively and building enduring relationships with clients, resulting in a steady stream of loyal customers.

“We have different teams such as those “taking care of the ship,” technicians looking over the cars, the consultants who will walk our customers through the service process, and also the Job Control team, which plays a vital role in prioritizing cars that require immediate attention, ensuring a smooth workflow. Additionally, our Spare Part Room team handles inventory management. By addressing these areas efficiently, we can optimize our operations and deliver prompt service,” he added.
“When it comes to inspections, Gan outlines their unique approach, “We primarily focus on a 20-point check, assessing major parts and safety issues. By identifying potential problems early on through inspection, we can prevent significant issues from arising later,” Gan said.
