CARSOME’S iCar Asia Receives Dual Honors at Malaysia Best Employer Brand Awards 2024
Kuala Lumpur, 23 May 2024 – CARSOME’s ecosystem company, iCar Asia (iCar), ASEAN’s No 1 network of automotive portals in Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand, received two prestigious awards at the 19th Employer Branding Awards, hosted by the World HRD Congress.
The award ceremony, recognizing Malaysia's Best Employer Brand in 2024, was held recently at the Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel and Residences. iCar was awarded the Best Employer Brand Award and the HR Leadership Award, marking notable achievements in workplace excellence and human resources management.
The Malaysia Best Employer Brand Awards, which is also endorsed by CHRO Asia and the World Federation of Human Resources Professionals, celebrate organizations that excel in building and sustaining their brand as employers of choice. The awards serve as a benchmark of excellence in employer branding and workplace practices, recognizing organizations for their efforts to create positive workplace culture and foster employee engagement and development.
Gan Kian Yeh, the Managing Director - Malaysia, iCar Asia, received the Best Employer Brand Award under the Organizational Award Category on behalf of iCar while Doris Lee, iCar Asia’s People and Culture Business Partner, received the HR Leadership Award under the Individual Award Category.
