CARSOME Supports Putrajaya’s Language Programme for Youths with Year-Long Commitment

Extends Additional Petrol Vouchers for the underprivileged community in conjunction with the launch of the CARSOME Putrajaya Showroom

CARSOME’s contribution will support teachers’ allowances for the programme, which will run from 11 April to December 2026. Petaling Jaya, 6 April 2026 – CARSOME, Southeast Asia’s largest integrated car e-commerce platform, announced its strategic partnership with Putrajaya Corporation (PPj) by extending a one-year support for the newly introduced language programme for children in and around Putrajaya, an initiative announced recently by Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Federal Territories), YB Hannah Yeoh. 

As part of the initiative, CARSOME’s contribution will support teachers’ allowances for the programme, which will run from 11 April to December 2026. Classes will be conducted over weekend sessions, giving students the opportunity to strengthen their language skills beyond the classroom. In addition to this, CARSOME will also contribute petrol vouchers to 100 B40 recipients selected by PPj, to support families within the community.

The strategic partnership was witnessed by YB Hannah Yeoh at CARSOME’s newly launched Putrajaya showroom earlier today. Also present were President of Putrajaya Corporation Dato' Haji Mohd Sakeri Bin Abdul Kadir as well as CARSOME Group Co-Founder and CEO, Eric Cheng, and CARSOME Group Co-founder and CEO of CARSOME Academy, Teoh Jiun Ee. The showroom strengthens the Group’s presence in the federal administrative capital and expands access to CARSOME’s services for residents in Putrajaya and surrounding areas such as Cyberjaya, Dengkil and the southern Klang Valley corridor.

Speaking at the event, YB Hannah Yeoh welcomed the collaboration and emphasised the importance of partnerships in driving meaningful community development.

In addition, through its corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme, a total of 100 fuel cards valued at RM50 each have been distributed to deserving communities in Putrajaya. 

I encourage the children of Putrajaya to make the most of the language classes to improve their communication skills, broaden their perspectives, and strengthen their competitiveness for the future.”added Yeoh.

  • A 2-year warranty on all cars

  • Free vehicle inspection services

  • A complimentary dashcam for the first 100 customers
